Nigerian rapper Oladips Olamide, popularly known as Zlatan, has unveiled personalized wedding gifts sent to him and his wife, Davita Lamai, by billionaire businessman and chairman of Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu.
The musician took to his Instagram Story on Monday, October 26, to share photographs of the thoughtful gesture, coming just two days after the couple tied the knot in a vibrant traditional ceremony in Lagos. The images showcased several sleek white envelopes bearing the official branding of Elumelu's investment firm alongside warm, handwritten notes from the philanthropist himself. The personalized inscriptions included messages such as "Zlatan, well done," "Our wife," and "Congrats," all signed off by Elumelu.
The high-profile endorsement adds to an outpouring of goodwill for the newlyweds following their celebration on Saturday, October 24. The traditional wedding was a star-studded affair, drawing numerous prominent figures from the entertainment industry, including Afrobeats superstar Davido, who served as one of Zlatan's groomsmen. Throughout the event, the couple honored their cultural roots in traditional attire.
While Zlatan and Davita share two sons together, they have intentionally kept their romantic and family life out of the public eye over the years, making their weekend celebrations a pleasant milestone for fans.
Elumelu, who also chairs United Bank for Africa (UBA) and leads the Tony Elumelu Foundation, has long been an active supporter of Nigeria’s creative economy, frequently using his platform and resources to celebrate figures within the arts and entertainment sectors.
