The exchange comes after Desola publicly called out theatre professionals, accusing them of disrespecting her by addressing her simply by name rather than according her proper regard. During her outburst—in which she explicitly noted that she is 44 years old—Desola expressed deep displeasure over an incident of perceived disrespect at a recent celebrity gathering, though she refrained from naming the specific culprit.
