Nollywood actress Bolaji Ogunmola has opened up about her decision to keep her romantic life strictly private, explaining that shielding her partner from the pressures of fame is a top priority.

Speaking during an appearance on The Morayo Show, the Ajosepo star noted that while she is deeply happy in her relationship, she chooses not to share specific details about her partner. She emphasized that her partner did not sign up for a life in the public eye, making it unfair to subject him to the intense scrutiny, judgment, and media attention that accompany her celebrity status.

Ogunmola also pointed out that maintaining strict boundaries around her personal life serves as a layer of protection. By keeping private affairs away from public consumption, she prevents critics and internet trolls from obtaining personal ammunition that could potentially be used to hurt or embarrass them.

Reaffirming her stance, the actress concluded that public confirmation of her happiness is all she cares to share. "I want to keep my relationship private; just know that I am in a happy place," Ogunmola said. "And I feel my partner didn’t ask for this life, fame, so I feel it’s unfair to drag him into it. What people don’t know is that they can’t hurt. So, I would rather say I am happy and blessed. God is good."
