Nigerian street-pop star Seyi Vibez has once again demonstrated his gratitude by gifting his father a brand-new multi-million-naira house. The musician shared the major milestone via his Instagram page on November 4, 2026, posting a video showing him standing alongside his father and associates in front of the impressive multi-story building.
This gesture marks the second house the singer has built for his father, following the first property he gifted him in 2023 shortly after achieving mainstream success. With this latest acquisition, Seyi Vibez joins a list of high-profile Nigerian celebrities making lavish purchases for their parents in 2026, including superstar Asake—who bought his mother a 500 million naira Mercedes AMG SUV and his father a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado—and actress Regina Daniels, who also gifted her mother a new SUV.
The property gift highlights an exceptionally lucrative year of luxury purchases for Seyi Vibez. He recently made headlines after splurging tens of millions on a custom diamond chain to celebrate the release of his new album, Swaguu. The piece features a mother-and-son medallion crafted from 280 carats of natural VS1 white diamonds set in over 1,600 grams of 18-karat white gold. It adds to an expansive jewelry collection that already includes a large diamond-crusted pendant with a functional screen, alongside a high-end garage featuring a 2024 Lamborghini Urus and a 2025 Ferrari.
The house presentation comes just weeks after the launch of Swaguu, a 14-track executive-produced project by Burna Boy featuring a guest appearance from American rapper Quavo. Marking his ninth solo effort since breaking out with his hit single "Chance" and debut LP Billion Dollar Baby in 2022, the new record blends Afropop and street-pop sounds, underscoring the singer's expanding global ambitions.
