Nigerian music star Omah Stanley Didia, widely known as Omah Lay, has officially postponed his upcoming world tour following a severe physical setback.
The singer broke the news in a brief statement posted on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Monday, informing fans that he is currently dealing with a knee ligament injury. As a result, he will be taking time off to prioritize his health and recovery over the next four to six weeks.
"I’m heartbroken to share that due to a knee ligament injury, all Clarity Of Mind Tour dates from October 30th onwards are postponed as I focus on recovery over the next 4–6 weeks," he wrote.
While Omah Lay did not disclose the specific cause of the injury, he assured his audience that rescheduled dates for the Clarity Of Mind Tour will be announced as soon as he recovers.
