Nigerian dancer and hype man Poco Lee has reportedly been released from custody in the United Kingdom after the woman who brought charges against him allegedly withdrew the case, according to popular social media influencer Peller. The update follows earlier reports that the dancer had been held on remand in a UK prison awaiting a scheduled plea hearing over allegations of sexual offenses.
Peller shared the news during a recent livestream after fans began asking about Poco Lee's current legal situation in the UK. Confirming the rumors, Peller praised the complainant for stepping back, stating, "Yes o guys, Poco Lee is out. They talk say that girl that sue Poco Lee say the girl e run away from the case, say e leave the case. God go bless the girl, na God go bless am, is a good person."
According to the influencer, the woman's decision to drop her complaint cleared the path for the dancer's immediate release. Peller added during the broadcast, "The girl that make Poco Lee go to prison, the girl comot the case, UK lawyer con leave Poco Lee."
While the news has quickly circulated across social media platforms, Peller's claims regarding the withdrawal of the case and Poco Lee’s subsequent release have not yet been independently verified by UK prosecution authorities or official court representatives.
