Nana Otedola has opened up about her reaction when her daughter, Temi Otedola, shared the news that she was pregnant, revealing that she initially had some concerns about what motherhood would look like for her.
Speaking about the moment, Nana explained that she had expected Temi and her husband, Mr Eazi, to wait for about three years before having children. When she found out that Temi was pregnant earlier than she had anticipated, she admitted that she became worried, particularly because of the nature of Mr Eazi's career and the amount of travelling that comes with his work.
Her concerns were shaped by her own experience in marriage. Nana recalled that during her earlier years, she often had to manage the home and take care of the family while her husband was away travelling for work. Because of that experience, she understood the demands that can come with having a partner whose career requires frequent travel.
However, Temi was able to reassure her mother, explaining that Mr Eazi loved her and that their relationship was built on a strong foundation. According to Nana, her daughter's confidence in her marriage helped ease her worries.
Nana also acknowledged that Mr Eazi had continued to live up to the values and expectations Temi had expressed about the kind of partner she wanted. His actions, she noted, had shown that his love and commitment to Temi were genuine.
