Award-winning Nigerian rapper and hitmaker Olamide, popularly known as Baddo, is preparing for another monumental milestone in his storied career. The YBNL boss has officially announced his upcoming headline concert at the prestigious 20,000-capacity O2 Arena in London, scheduled for March 25, 2027.
The announcement follows a creative video released on his Instagram page, where Olamide—who has recently been sharing his visual arts talent—painted the concert date directly onto a wall. This news comes on the heels of his sold-out November 2025 concert at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, which marked his triumphant return to the UK capital after a nine-year hiatus since his 2016 show. That 2025 return generated so much fan fervor that ticket demand crashed the booking website within minutes of going live.
At his Wembley show, the Grammy-nominated artist delivered an unforgettable night filled with nostalgia, elite showmanship, and guest appearances from his YBNL star-studded roster and peers, including Asake, Young Jonn, Seyi Vibez, Lil Kesh, and Pheelz. Olamide is now aiming to replicate and elevate that electrifying energy on an even larger scale at the O2 Arena, a venue symbolic of Afrobeats' global ascent and the strength of the Nigerian diaspora.
By taking the stage at the O2, Olamide will join an elite group of Nigerian global superstars who have headlined the iconic arena, including Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, Asake, and Rema. The move underscores his position in Nigerian pop music history and highlights his transition from an industry kingmaker to taking his own well-deserved spotlight on the global stage.
