The Big Brother Naija Season 11 house has recorded another major departure as contestant Cassi became the fourth housemate to be officially evicted during Sunday’s live show. Coming up against a crowded list of nominees that included Araga, Gerard, Nomy, Tram, Sheba, Aikou, Yusuf, Godessa, and Temi Nkem, Cassi failed to gather enough support to stay in the competition. Voting results revealed that he finished at the very bottom of the poll with just 5.7% of the total public votes, while Godessa and Sonny secured 6.7% and 10% respectively to remain safe for another week.
Cassi’s exit marks the latest shift in the dynamic of the "Show Ya Sef" edition, following the prior evictions of Martins, Mercedes, and Kamsy, as well as Neche's earlier voluntary departure from the house. Joining show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on stage after his name was called, the newly evicted housemate reflected on the intense psychological pressure inside the house. He admitted that navigating the high-stakes environment was an emotional rollercoaster, explaining that he tried to take things one day at a time while dealing with constant mood swings and rapid shifts in energy.
Looking ahead to life outside the reality TV spotlight, Cassi shared his optimism about the future and revealed his ambitions to pursue acting full-time. He noted that his time on the platform provided valuable exposure that he intends to leverage as he actively builds a career in the film industry. Meanwhile, the live broadcast also featured a brief moment of excitement when fellow housemate Abi took a spin on the BetPawa rewards wheel, walking away with a brand-new smartwatch. With Cassi now out of the picture, the remaining contestants continue to battle it out as the race for the ultimate grand prize heats up.
