Burna Boy and Shakira’s 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem, "Dai Dai," is continuing its historic run, topping the Billboard Global 200 chart for a fifth non-consecutive week and maintaining its reign on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart for an eighth week. Billboard officially announced the milestone on Tuesday, confirming the track's ongoing dominance a month after the conclusion of the international tournament in North America.
According to streaming and sales data provided by Luminate, the high-energy collaboration generated 44.1 million streams and sold 6,000 digital copies globally during the tracking week ending July 13. Outside the United States, the anthem maintained a firm grip on the top spot with 37.8 million streams and 4,000 copies sold, proving its massive international staying power long after Spain’s 1-0 victory over Argentina in the July 19 World Cup final.
Beyond its streaming triumph, "Dai Dai" continues to build momentum on American airwaves across multiple genres. The song reached a new high at No. 3 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart, earning the title of the week’s Greatest Gainer, while also previously topping the Latin Airplay chart in late July. The track's crossover success highlights the powerful synergy between Afrobeat and Latin pop, further solidifying Burna Boy and Shakira's positions as global hitmakers on the world stage.
