Real estate mogul King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has dismissed his recent ₦400 million mansion gift to TikTok star Peller and his new bride, Jarvis, as "small money." Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday, just two days after the couple's lavish August 1 wedding in Lagos, the Ochacho Real Homes founder revealed that even bigger giveaways are on the way. He explained that the decision to gift the Abuja property came after a chat with his children, who felt Peller should reside in Palace 7—one of Abuja's most exclusive neighborhoods where homes cost upwards of ₦400 million.
The massive property gift, which went viral after being announced before a star-studded audience at the reception, left Peller visibly overwhelmed. The content creator recalled meeting Ochacho at music executive Soso Soberekon's wedding months earlier and casually extending an invite, admitting he never expected the billionaire to actually show up, let alone hand over a multi-million-naira home. Ochacho noted that to his estate brand and his son, Ice King, ₦400 million is practically equivalent to ₦400, promising that this gesture is only the beginning of his public philanthropy.
In a bid to support his son Ice King's blossoming music career, Ochacho announced a new giveaway offering ₦100,000 each to 30 people who create the best promotional videos using the young artist's latest song. The payouts are scheduled for August 9 and August 16. Furthermore, as part of the celebrations for Ice King's upcoming 13th birthday, the Abuja-based real estate titan pledged to cover school fees for several members of the public. Through these high-profile gestures and an expanding social media presence, King Ochacho continues to cement his position as one of the country's most talked-about public figures.
