Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr has announced the upcoming Starrgirl World Tour, featuring 20 major dates across Europe, the UK, and North America. The tour is named after her third studio album, Starrgirl, which was released on August 14 through Mavin Records and Republic Records.
The major tour announcement follows closely on the heels of a historic career milestone. Just a day prior, Ayra Starr made history as the first African artist to headline the halftime show at an NFL international game, performing live at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium during the matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Her energetic set featured hits like "Heaven Baby," "Rush," and "Hot Body."
This latest achievement adds to an impressive trajectory since her debut in 2021. The singer has amassed over seven billion global streams and one billion YouTube views, alongside two prestigious Grammy nominations in the Best African Music Performance category: one for "Rush" in 2024 and another for "Gimme Dat" with Wizkid in 2025.
The Starrgirl World Tour kicks off in Europe on January 20, starting in Cologne, Germany. The European leg will make stops in Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Zurich, and Brussels, before concluding in London on February 2.
Following the European dates, the singer will cross the Atlantic for the North American leg, launching in Houston on March 18 and performing in Dallas the following night. Additional U.S. stops include Atlanta, Silver Spring, Boston, Philadelphia, and a Brooklyn performance at the New York date on March 28. The tour then moves north to Canada for shows in Toronto on March 29 and Montreal on March 30, before returning to the U.S. for dates in Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, and a final stop in San Francisco on April 14.
Tickets will be available starting with a presale on Wednesday, followed by general ticket sales opening on Friday. Fans can access ticketing information and sign up through Live Nation, the tour's promoter, via the links provided on her official social media announcements.
While the currently released tour poster does not feature any African cities, Ayra Starr shared an encouraging message for her home fans, assuring them that she will see them in December.
