Nollywood actor Ajemba Stanley, popularly known as Stanley Ontop, has voiced deep disappointment following a recent livestream showing actress Regina Daniels back at the residence of her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko. Stanley, who stood as one of the most vocal figures backing the actress during her high-profile marital dispute, revealed that the unannounced development has left him feeling compromised and betrayed.
Taking to his Instagram page, the actor expressed frustration over being completely left out of loop regarding any potential reconciliation. He disclosed that his public advocacy for Daniels came at severe personal risk, noting that his fierce intervention during the peak of the crisis nearly landed him behind bars while authorities were actively looking to arrest him.
The situation has also created friction between Stanley and the human rights advocates he brought into the fold. According to the actor, these activists are now calling him out, furious that they lent their voices to the cause based on his assurances that Daniels would not return to the politician's home. Having posted the initial viral video that exposed the alleged harassment at the property, Stanley admitted to feeling like "a fool" and revealed he spent a sleepless night crying over the turn of events.
Addressing rumors that Daniels merely visited to see her children, Stanley questioned the explanation, pointing to her relaxed demeanor in the viral stream. While emphasizing that he supports her right to see her kids, he maintained that sneaking back into the residence without informing those who risked their safety to fight for her was unfair. He further highlighted his past loyalty, recalling how he quietly supported her family during moments of distress, including when her brother Sammy was discreetly detained.
The public fallout follows a turbulent period for the celebrity couple, who married in 2019 and share two sons, Munir and Khalifa. Their relationship dominated headlines in 2025 amid serious allegations of domestic violence, substance abuse counter-claims, and intense legal battles over child custody. Following this experience, Stanley declared that he has learned a hard lesson, stating this will be the absolute last time he ever intervenes in a dispute between a husband and wife.
